The guy was cool, the AC worked well, and I got some sleep. I paid about $77 including tax for two beds. Across the street, Best Western quoted $129 before tax, so why complain? Sure, I'd rather stay at a Hilton or Holiday Inn, but we're out in the middle of nowhere. Safe travels, everyone.
We'd booked two rooms from Tuesday through Sunday, but finished our job early and checked out Thursday. They wouldn't refund the unused days. We won't be coming back.
The people here are very clean, and there's a great BBQ pit area. You can walk to a grocery store too.
The weekly rate was very good, and the owners were really nice. It's a lovely little motel with a clean, well-kept exterior. They clean the rooms and change the bedding every day. Being pet friendly matters a lot to us, so I'd highly recommend it.
Really friendly staff, tidy rooms, and great prices. They've earned my business for good. I'll keep coming back.
