The gym is equipped, and the complimentary breakfast had fresh choices to start the day. What I appreciated most was the genuine service. Check-in went smoothly, housekeeping handled our requests promptly, and the front desk kindly checked that I had everything I needed. Everyone was warm and proactive. I had a wonderful stay at this Inn.

I hadn’t stayed here before, but the room is comfortable, with a queen bed and plenty of space. The front office staff are very professional. The hotel is on Albrae St in Fremont, and there’s a vending area, laundry, and a small spot to buy miscellaneous sample-size items.

We paid full holiday rates for a two-night stay with friends over Thanksgiving. A few hours ago, during normal use, our toilet suddenly clogged completely. I called the front desk and explained what happened. They first said there was no maintenance or housekeeping staff available because it was Thanksgiving. A few minutes later they called back to say they had a plunger, but I’d have to come down to the lobby, carry it to the third floor, and unclog the toilet myself. The staff were polite on the phone, but the lack of help with a basic, urgent sanitation problem on a major holiday is shocking. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, from budget places to luxury ones, and have never been asked to do basic plumbing as a paying guest. The issue isn’t how the clog happened. Guests should be able to expect basic service and sanitation, and being told to fix our own toilet on Thanksgiving is beyond unacceptable. We expected a normal hotel stay, not a DIY plumbing session. I rarely write negative reviews, but future guests deserve to know: if something goes wrong here on Thanksgiving night, you’re literally on your own.

The breakfast was okay, though the juice tasted too bland. We were there on a weekend, and all three washers in the laundry room were out of order. On the plus side, the two king mattresses were comfortable and gave my two boys plenty of room.
