Hyatt Place Fremont/Silicon Valley

After about six or seven business trips here, I’d say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are consistently friendly, and the area is quiet apart from nearby traffic. The location is handy too, with lots of restaurants a cheap Uber ride away and plenty of Uber Eats options. My one complaint is that there’s no microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby, though.

Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient shuttle, including trips to nearby places like the BART station, and the breakfast was complimentary. The welcome from the staff felt warm from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and manager Brett went out of his way to make sure things were just right during my stay. I had a great experience and would strongly recommend this hotel for its service and hospitality.

I was in Fremont for an Aviation workshop, and the small team here looked after me the whole time, from check-in and shuttle rides through checkout. They’re great people. I’m really thankful.

The Apple Wallet keycard was the standout for me. It made getting into the room incredibly convenient, a feature I haven’t come across at other properties. The hot breakfast was the usual good Hyatt Place spread. The property itself is nice, but dated, and the rooms could use a renovation.
