Comfort Suites Fresno River Park

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the breakfast. I'd stay here again for a few nights. The one downside was that the pull-out sofa bed wasn't comfortable.

The staff were the part of my stay that stood out most, everyone was exceptionally friendly in the way you hope hotel staff will be. I was in Fresno for an 11-day work trip visiting different Costco stores for roadshows, and Comfort Suites treated me well. The continental breakfast was very good each day, and I liked having coffee in the lobby around the clock. I'd recommend it if you don't need a room with a kitchen, and I hope to return. Anjit at the front desk made my stay much better. Whenever he greeted guests, he was smiling, friendly, and patient. Even when I was just passing through the lobby, he took time to ask how things were going, which felt warm and sincere. He did his best to help whenever I needed something, always handling it professionally. Staff like Anjit are rare, and he represents the hotel so well. I hope the hotel recognizes and rewards him, because people like him make guests feel welcome and want to return. I'm grateful for the experience and for having such a wonderful staff member. Thank you, Anjit, for showing what real hospitality means.

We stay here when visiting family in Fresno, and it's a solid choice. The rooms are clean and the service is welcoming. The location is handy for the freeway, without too much noise, although road noise at night can be significant. The Comfort Inn has fencing all around and plenty of parking lot lighting. We haven't had problems leaving the car overnight, but we're still cautious because people walk around at odd hours. A great place to stay.
