We've stayed at this Marriott for more than a year, and Isaac has been a constant bright spot. From the start he's been personable, helpful, and attentive, making sure we're comfortable no matter what we ask. His warm greetings and the way he takes care of each detail, always with a smile and no complaints, make it clear he cares about the guests. Isaac lifts the whole experience beyond simply doing his job. We're lucky to have had him here during our stays, and Marriott is lucky to have him. Thank you, Isaac!
10/10
Isaac at the front desk is one of the friendliest, most accommodating staff members I've met. His warmth and service are the main reason my team and I keep coming back. I travel often for work, and this hotel is a consistent standout: the rooms are very clean, the lobby is inviting and works well for both working and relaxing. Highly recommend.

On our second stay here, we loved every moment again. The service from Isaac, Tamica, Azia, and the woman in charge of breakfast was professional, sincere, and courteous. Our room was clean, breakfast was good, and the parking felt safe. God bless! Room 405, 11/26-11/28, 2025.

The front desk man Issacc is a great employee, and the customer service was perfect. The pricing is reasonable, and I had no rude interactions. One of the best inns in Fresno by far. 10/10, I'd come back. Keep up the great work!
10/10
This is always my choice when I'm working in Fresno. The location is safe and convenient, with free breakfast and parking. I've been staying here since it opened as a Fairfield by Marriott, and the hotel is consistently well kept. The rooms are large, the TVs are huge, and the beds are comfortable. Issac and the staff are always nice, professional, and helpful.
