Everything was clean, and the staff were really friendly. The room was fine. The shower body wash seemed either very watered down or just not good, so bring your own. We didn't ask for a particular floor, but next time we'd probably choose the second floor.

The breakfast was amazing, and every staff member I met was friendly and helpful. Laura at the front desk went above and beyond and gave great service. I'd definitely book here again.

The breakfast with Ms Bertha’s kitchen was fantastic, with different choices each day. She was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the nighttime front desk woman was professional and nice. Check-in was friendly and the customer service was great. For EV drivers, there isn't a Tesla charger, just an EV connect one around the back of the building, where the lighting isn't great. Still, this is a great hotel and deserves all five stars.

I was passing through and needed internet access for a business meeting, but they wouldn't let me log in. I had my hotspot, fortunately, but that was disappointing from Marriott. Hilton has never done that to me. I've stayed at Marriott vacation properties before and sat through Bonvoy sales presentations, so I'm glad we never bought anything.

Tony at the front desk turned around what had been a disappointing, unwelcoming interaction with the staff member before him. He made me feel welcome, recognized my Marriott Gold Elite status, and handled my needs with care, professionalism, and kindness. His attention to detail and customer service reminded me why I stay loyal to Marriott. He's a real asset to this Fairfield Marriott, and I hope management recognizes the service he provides.
