The host was friendly, and karaoke was a hit. The living rooms we could use were nice too. But renting the venue didn't give us access to the other rooms in the house, and the kitchen had only the bare necessities, with plastic sticker-like covering on the counter and walls. Cleanliness was a three out of five. The host was still cleaning up from the previous party when we arrived, and signs of the party before that were still around after he left. The outdoor furniture gets soaked when it rains because the awnings aren't waterproof, so the area isn't usable then. When the heater came on, the kitchen smelled strongly of propane. I didn't feel the place was worth what I paid.

The home and backyard were nicely decorated for my cousin's Hawaiian-themed birthday. There was a pool and guest restrooms in the back. I'd rent it myself for a party, or just to get away for a week.

Rene was wonderful, communicated well, and accommodated what we needed. The house was spacious and clean, with time for me to decorate and set up beds for out-of-town guests. Our small baby shower had a fun turnout, and the nautical theme went well with the venue. Stores like Walmart, Family Dollar, and Grocery Outlet were close by for quick party supply runs. I'd highly recommend it. One heads-up: the neighbors seem to think they own the public street. Their trash and recycling bins were left out beyond pickup times, which violates city ordinances and can lead to fines. People at 3874 yelled at a pregnant woman, even though we tried to apologize and be nice. They were belligerent.

The peaceful setting made Tropical Paradise feel like a real break from the hustle and bustle, while still being conveniently located for exploring the area. I especially liked the pool for a dip or some time in the sun, and the shared spaces, including the BBQ area, were well kept and good for getting together. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable mix of luxury and coziness. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt serene and welcoming. A gem in Fresno.

The patio and pool are amazing, and it's a really quiet area. The Manager was so kind, friendly, and generous. The rooms have nice decor, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. It's gorgeous, and I'd definitely come back. I highly recommend it! 🩷
