Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, and Patrick is a terrific chef. We stayed in Forest Room, a cozy, stylish space with a hot tub right outside. Taz, the house cat, welcomed us and made himself at home in our room for a nap. James showed us around and was very pleasant. The whole inn and our stay felt like a beautiful forest oasis.

Our puppy Mocha had the best time, and the little thoughtful touches made the weekend feel extra memorable. The room was so comfortable, and breakfast was delicious every morning. Such a perfect romantic getaway.

We've been back several times, and every visit has been spectacular. The rooms are beautiful, clean and private, with hot tubs, and the breakfasts are impeccable. The guest service is so thoughtful. I wish I could give them an even higher rating. It's a paradise for couples.

My partner and I chose this hotel for a mini honeymoon after our wedding, and it was lovely. We felt welcomed and cared for by the kind staff. As a queer couple, privately owned places can be hit or miss, but everyone here was sweet and completely welcoming. Forest Room was just right, with its private hot tub and views of the forest and lake. I'd recommend it for a romantic getaway.
