Zeff took my breakfast order and made my meal, and the service was excellent. The valet was professional, reasonably priced per night, and the process went smoothly. The rooms were clean, the stay was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The bar was nice to have, though I wish it opened earlier for brunch. I appreciate Hilton letting guests use a free night reward for a same-day, last-minute stay. I tried using a free night with Omni before, but they wouldn't allow it unless I booked more than 24 hours in advance. That's one reason I stay loyal to Hilton. You never know what situation someone might be in, and being able to use a reward you've earned from spending when you really need it makes a big difference. Thanks for a great stay.

I stay here regularly, and the hotel crew are what make it special. They're kind, attentive, and always go out of their way to help guests. My latest trip had a few late changes. Stephanie helped switch my room so my kids could join, making it easy for them to come along and enjoy Dallas for the first time. Then our departure flight was cancelled, and Leah went out of her way to help us plan our last day before we had to catch a flight. She really saved our day and trip. Thank you, Stephanie and Leah!!!

After a long day of travel, getting into our room earlier than expected made a huge difference. Leah, the receptionist, went out of her way to arrange the early check-in, surprised us with a room upgrade, and gave my daughter a complimentary treat. Her genuine kindness meant a lot, and it was lovely meeting someone who really cares about making guests feel welcome. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back.

Leah was so friendly at check-in and had great recommendations. When I reported that the fan in my first room wasn't working properly, she immediately offered to have it checked or move me. I chose a new room, and it was clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again based on her great customer service alone.

I especially want to mention breakfast at the café this morning. The warm, welcoming atmosphere was a lovely way to start the day, and Zeff's service made it even better. He kept checking in with a friendly smile and positive attitude, making sure I was comfortable and looked after. His professionalism and genuine warmth made me feel at home. I had a wonderful stay overall. Zeff's thoughtful care left a lasting impression, and staff like him make guests feel valued. I'd gladly return knowing that kind of hospitality is part of the experience.
