The staff made this stay feel different from every hotel disaster I’ve experienced over the years. At checkout day, one of the women who had welcomed me at Drury remembered my dog’s orthopedic surgery and asked how he was doing. She also checked how I was holding up. The day before, both women had been so kind to him while we talked about the surgery, giving him the attention and pets he needed. That kind of empathy feels rare these days. The rooms were clean and quiet, the service was wonderful, and the happy hour food was enough for dinner. Plenty of the staff seemed to care about doing more than simply showing up. I’ve never left a hotel review before, but this was my best hotel stay.

I’ll look for a Drury Inn next time I travel. For the price, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Breakfast, dinner, and three complimentary bar drinks per person each day were included, along with soda and popcorn available all the time. The indoor pool and spa were a nice extra. Staff were all very friendly and took great care of the rooms and the building.

The staff even called after I checked out to apologize for a couple of issues, though they hadn’t done anything wrong and didn’t need to call. They handled the issues during the stay, too, and were great throughout. It’s a really good hotel in a nice area, and their help made the visit enjoyable.

We were put on the quiet side of the building, and our room was ready right on time. The beds were very comfortable, and the evening snack bar had enough food to count as a meal. Breakfast was nice and hot. Everything we might want was close by. We were very happy with our two-night visit, and this was a wonderful first experience at Drury.

The Kickback and breakfast got a little crowded, but manager Angel and the staff made the stay memorable. They even wrote my daughter a handwritten good luck note for her gymnastics meet. I love Drury Hotels!
