The business lunch was a highlight, especially the Italian wedding soup and orange creme cannoli. The portions felt right, and everything tasted great. I was there for an event in a private meeting room rather than an overnight stay, and the welcome started as soon as I pulled up for valet parking. The staff were helpful and smiling throughout.

I was concerned the downtown location might be noisy, but my room was sealed up well and stayed quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was large and impressive. Breakfast service ran smoothly. I also enjoyed spending one evening at the club and another having drinks with work friends. I stayed two nights at CH in 12/2025 and would gladly come back.

Van, the restaurant manager, had such welcoming manners, and it was fun seeing him greet guests, make drinks, and handle everything in between. Britton, the new F&B director, made us feel welcome and excited to return. I’d been here before and found the hospitality underwhelming, so I was nervous about hosting a birthday party this weekend. The new management company seems to have changed the experience a lot. Tylor looked after everything we needed as our host and impressed the birthday girl with great service and recommendations. It was a 10/10 day.

We really liked the atmosphere, and our room was very nice. The hotel itself is stunning, but clearer signs and staff who all know the same information would make getting around much easier. The entrance was especially confusing: we had to park on the top level of the garage and use an unmarked back door to reach the lobby and check-in. Staff often seemed unsure why we were there, and it wasn’t obvious where guests could go. On Sunday, both the restaurant and bar were closed, which was disappointing for a weekend visit. We also hadn’t been told there would be no breakfast room service. We hung the breakfast request on our door Friday night, and pastries were delivered Saturday morning, so we thought the rest of breakfast was coming. It didn’t, and when we called, we learned there was no weekend breakfast. A heads-up would have helped. The person at the front desk Sunday night was the kindest and most normal interaction we had with staff all weekend. We liked her.
