Kim keeps me informed well ahead of time whenever anything changes with my reservations. When I need a room at the last minute, she gets it sorted quickly, accurately, and efficiently. I stay here often for work, and the team running the hotel does a great job every time.

I couldn’t book online because there weren’t any rooms showing as available, but Staci and Pam helped me get a room for my one night in town. They were both so nice and helpful. The service was great, and I’d stay here again when I’m in town for work.
