We came away with bedbugs, and my husband is covered in bites. We stayed three nights in a room that smelled so bad we bought Febreze, even though we'd asked for nonsmoking and were given a smoking room. Half the outlets didn't work. Just a horrible stay. You get what you pay for, and here that isn't much.

The towels were in terrible shape, the linens were dirty, and there was no TV or internet signal. They also never gave me my refund. The place was so dirty and disgusting, and nothing worked. It needs a hygiene inspection.

I stopped staying here when they hired the previous manager. Since the current manager came on, I've been staying here a lot again. They're very nice and helpful in every way. I'll keep coming as long as this manager is here. When they leave, I'll leave too, and take a lot of business with me.

We left after seeing and smelling the disgusting room, and although hotels.com won't refund us, losing that money seemed better than risking our health or safety. The rooms were appalling. You could get an infection or bedbugs, maybe both. Do not stay here. It's a crack motel.

The toilet was leaking, with a towel wrapped around it, and the shower didn't work. There wasn't a plug for the tub, either. We had to ask for towels and got just one set for two people. This place has changed a lot from what it was less than a year ago.
