Holiday Inn Exp & Sts Indianapolis NW - Zionsville

The hotel was clean and the rooms were pleasant, but breakfast didn't measure up to what I've had at other Holiday Inn Express locations. They had bagels, cinnamon rolls, fruit, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy, but no meat, potatoes, or oatmeal. At the previous one I visited, they had link and patty sausages, potatoes, an amazing oatmeal bar, and the other amenities you'd expect.

The room was quiet, and I slept really well in a comfortable bed with excellent pillows. It's a good hotel in a great location around Whitestown, and I'd stay again. My one issue is the A/C fan filters. Like other places, this hotel isn't keeping them clean. That's one of the first things I check when I get to a room, and it should matter to everyone since it's the air we breathe. Cleaning them is an easy job. I hope the message reaches the cleaning crew.

The staff and facilities were great, but we were billed twice for one night and getting the extra charge refunded was a hassle. Once the GM received our request, she handled it very professionally and got the refund done quickly. That brought it back up to five stars for me. :)

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was amazing. I did have an issue with the accessible room I paid for not being available when I checked in. As someone with a disability, I don't think that room type should have been offered for booking if it couldn't be provided. I only stayed one night, and it didn't affect my stay this time. I'd stay here again.
