Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort

The food was delicious throughout our stay, and the fries were amazing with or without truffle. Even on a rainy day, we ordered steak frites at the pool bar. The kitchen missed our request to leave the chimichurri on the side, but the bar staff noticed right away, took it back, and brought the corrected dish without us having to ask. The service was just as good. Taj by the pool was attentive, and Edge told me Taj had only been there three weeks. I was surprised, since he seemed like he'd worked in luxury hospitality for years. Tarus at the lobby bar listened carefully and got our order right, with extra thought given to the presentation. Jasmine at breakfast suggested just the right things for our first morning. After our long flight, Andrew from housekeeping welcomed us and helped us find bourbon in the shop, which stays open until midnight. Carol by the pool was a joy and kept checking in with a smile. The staff and service made the resort beautiful and our stay really special. I absolutely recommend it.

The view and location were wonderful, and the staff were incredible. I left a bag of medicine in our room and came back for it. They went out of their way to make sure I got everything back, and were attentive and hospitable throughout. Mado at the front desk was amazing. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The beach view from the balcony was one of my favorite parts of the trip, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Edna made check-in easy and welcoming, taking extra care to make sure everything was handled. The rest of the staff were accommodating too. I had an amazing stay and would gladly come back.

The rooms and property were top-notch, and the service is what really sets The Diplomat apart. We had a great staycation there in Hollywood, Florida. I wasn't especially impressed by Hollywood itself, but The Diplomat was well worth visiting. Kindred checked us in and went out of the way to make sure we were happy with our room. At Playa, Jorge was a friendly, attentive bartender and a pleasure to talk with. Jim at The Press Café also shared fascinating details about the hotel's history, including that every U.S. president since Eisenhower has stayed there. We'll definitely return.
