The owners were warm and generous, and they let us check in early after our long trip, which we really appreciated. There's ample parking, and the personal attention stood out. The rooms were spotless, well cared for, and looked recently renovated. Even the toiletries and amenities impressed me, better than what I've found at some larger chains, including Holiday Inn properties. It's about 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park, a useful base for exploring an area with limited lodging near the park and Dixie National Forest. This is easily the best hotel in town, clean, comfortable, and well managed. Highly recommend it for a visit to Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area.

We enjoyed all four nights here. The rooms were attractive, fairly priced, and well equipped, with easy access to Bryce Canyon. The owners couldn't have been nicer. EV charging was reasonably priced, and sitting on the patio at sunset was especially pleasant. We'll stay here again next time we visit Bryce Canyon.

The manager or owner was lovely, and check-in was quick and easy. Our spotless room had a clean bathroom, microwave, fridge, very comfortable bed, comfy chairs, a desk and desk chair, plus some outdoor seating. They also gave us helpful advice about food and Bryce Canyon. Thank you!

We were getting tired while driving across the country and found this motel by chance. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was really comfortable. We arrived around 10 pm, and the woman checking us in was so nice. It seemed to be family-run. I'd return if I ever pass through this way again.

The outside looks dated, but the rooms inside have a fresh, modern feel, including multiple USB outlets. The bed was very comfortable and the hospitality was great. Ari and Justin were happy and helpful hosts. It's right downtown, which is a real perk. A resort is an option, but here you get many of the basics you want along with a fresh look.
