We had a quiet, clean, comfortable room, and the king bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was roomy and well lit, with Dove shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. The lobby, breakfast area, elevator, and hallways were clean as well. Breakfast comes with the stay and has a good range: eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, pancakes, toast, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, water, and milk. The coffee machines make each cup from freshly ground beans. There are also snacks, chips, frozen meals, and cold drinks for a fee if you’d rather eat in. Checking out was quick and easy. The attentive, professional front desk team was great. Shops and restaurants are close by, and the hotel feels updated, safe, and relaxing without an expensive rate. 😀

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The location worked well too. The room and hotel were pretty standard, though one of the two elevators stayed broken the whole time. I never saw a maintenance crew, and getting to the room or lobby could take forever.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the people above me were noisy all night. I could hear everything they were doing. Bring earplugs.

We had a suite with a couch that opened into a full-size bed, and the front desk gave us a bedding pack for it. Our room was very clean, including the bathroom, which had a walk-in shower. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap are Dove products in refillable built-in dispensers. There was a clean fridge and microwave, plus a Keurig in the room. The lobby also had good coffee and tea available all day. The soccer fields are visible from the hotel grounds, and Frisco Fresh Market down the street was great. Main Street and the highway were easy to reach. The staff were helpful and excellent, and there were plenty of accessible parking spaces right in front of the lobby. Accessibility throughout the hotel felt current and readily available. Breakfast was the usual setup, with waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal, and similar items. The pancake maker wasn’t working, which would have made it a little different from other free breakfasts, but the food tasted great.
