Ramada Limited Frisco

Our early check-in request was ready within an hour, which was a big help. The hotel felt clean and welcoming, and even the pet-friendly rooms smelled fresh. The beds were super comfortable, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. 🥰

We ate breakfast here most mornings, and the variety helped us save money during the trip. It always smelled great, too. The front desk woman was consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were quaint, and the hotel had a cute feel. Walmart is almost across the street, with most of our daytime activities close by.

I appreciated how clean the small room was and how friendly housekeeping were. The location is great too, with trails behind the hotel around the lake. But I had a couple of bad encounters with Alex. During check-in, while another employee was helping us, he stood nearby eating a Frosty and rudely called out orders and comments. I avoided him after that. At checkout I reminded the desk that the pet fee had already been charged at check-in, but I was charged again anyway. It took a long phone call and a long wait to get it fixed.
