The hotel was clean and quiet, and my stay was really nice. Argueta made the work week easier with her kindness and upbeat energy at breakfast. I’d return for the home-away-from-home feeling she helped create.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service was very good. Breakfast stood out for its variety and generous portions, and the staff serving it were smiling and kind. In particular, Argueta and Maria Solano made a great impression. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I found a lizard in the bathroom on two different days, and the way it was handled made an already stressful situation worse. The first time, it took several calls before maintenance finally came with someone from the kitchen to remove it. The second time, I was told the earliest anyone could help was after 6 a.m., so I had to work out how to deal with it while getting ready for work. Staff said there wasn’t much they could do and offered me a drink and snack instead. I understand there may be rules about staff entering rooms, but I hope management reviews pest control and how guest problems are handled so nobody else has to go through this. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I come here for work every three months and love this hotel. The rooms are really comfortable, the staff are very hospitable, and the breakfast is so good.
