Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Frisco

The housekeeping was phenomenal, keeping the room and all the hotel areas spotless and fresh smelling. Cleanliness was a huge priority for me, so I really appreciated that. The rooms were comfortable, with a separate room and door. There are plenty of places to walk nearby, plus lots of restaurants, and the location is great. I’d highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a comfortable, pleasant visit!

The rooms are clean and modern after the remodel, and the front desk team are helpful and kind. It’s easy to get to the freeways for Plano and Dallas. Breakfast was included, with good food and several choices. Naturally, I had to get my waffle shaped like Texas.

We liked how easy it was to get around from this hotel. Shops and restaurants are all nearby, and it never felt secluded. We had a really enjoyable stay, though a few things got in the way. Breakfast was over by 9:00am, which was too early for us on a family vacation. We missed it every day. The room also wasn’t serviced unless we asked, including for trash pickup or fresh towels. We only found that out when we came back to an untouched room after the first day, and no one had explained the policy at check-in. There was no in-room safe, either. Laundry was another frustration: I think it should be included, and even paying for it was awkward because you had to buy a token at the front desk.

The staff were especially welcoming, attentive, and kind, and breakfast came out fresh and hot. The property itself was spacious, very well cared for, and free of unpleasant smells. This Homewood Suites sets the bar for the others. It’s my favorite of the Homewood Suites I’ve stayed at, and one of my favorite Hilton hotels.
