Flat Fish Lodge B&B

Ron and Lisa made this stay so memorable. The rooms were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and they were both so friendly. Honestly, Ron's breakfast burritos could have been worth the price on their own. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

That breakfast burrito Ron made for our early halibut trip was so good my husband wanted to take him home with us. We spent five nights here while visiting Homer to fish for my 70th birthday, and Lisa and Ron were such gracious hosts. The setting was peaceful, private, and beautiful, and breakfast was always great, especially the one they packed for our early start. We'll definitely be back.

Ron was a great host, and the lodge worked so well for my 94-year-old mother's reunion. Eleven of us stayed there, with 30 to 50 more people coming and going for meals and visits over four days. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather informally, and the large living room had a great view and a nice deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and enough space for lots of helping hands. It was a wonderful place to bring family and friends together. Thanks for making it such a special experience for all of us.

We could see three glaciers right from the living room, bedroom, and porch, and the views of the spit were breathtaking. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials. Our kids also loved the lodge's library and game room. The neighborhood was quaint, just a few minutes from the spit and downtown, with a backyard and fire pit for guests. We spotted bald eagles, pheasants, and moose right outside. Ron cooked delicious breakfasts every morning and had lots of ideas for day trips since he knows the area so well. He even let us use his personal laundry machines on our last day. He was always around when we needed something and went out of his way to make us comfortable. One of the best B&B stays we've ever had.
