Budget Inn

We stayed for about two months, and the couple who run the hotel are very sweet. Management was amazing and made the stay great. It’s an old building, but the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. I never saw any bugs. There was a mini fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, and everything else I’d expect at a hotel. Thanks again!

I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else. We’ve been here three days and now they’re saying pets violate their health code, even though they tell people pets are allowed. They advertise $8 per pet, but tried to charge us $58 total for two pets. How does $16 turn into $58? The staff are rude, the rooms are disgusting and smell like mildew, and nothing works. There are holes in the walls, and there’s no housekeeping, so don’t count on clean sheets or towels. It makes no sense.

It was a nice two-day stay, and the place was cheap and clean. There was an ashtray in my nonsmoking room, so I smoked. I agree smoking is stupid, but I’m 70 and have smoked since I was 16. Some people just can’t quit. If you don’t smoke, you may notice smoke smell in a nonsmoking room.

The managers make this place feel like family. They do so much for people and keep the rooms clean and stocked. They’re also very kid friendly, and I love seeing the kids interact and play together like I did when I was young. It’s sad that when the owners come, they make her wash it off. The managers go through a lot and put up with so much to make guests feel welcome. If they ever left, I and half the other people staying here would leave too. The owners don’t realize how much the managers do.
