Comfort Inn

The place smelled strongly of cigarettes, and my room was musty, outdated, and dirty. Several things were broken, including the toilet seat and shower fixtures. I was disappointed with the hotel overall. It is pet friendly, which I appreciated, but the rooms are so dingy and poorly maintained that I’d never recommend staying here. I only stayed because I arrived around midnight and was exhausted; otherwise, I would have looked for another hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk got me settled in quickly. The hotel is close to the interstate, with food, gas, and other attractions nearby. I was traveling from southern Colorado to the Grand Junction area and then back toward Denver, and I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town.

The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing, and the rooms and hallways were clean and smelled fresh. We were locals booking a staycation, and they let us reserve a room with a deposit. The only hiccup was that we’d paid and signed up for two days, but after lunch the next day our keys no longer worked, so we had to get new ones made. Aside from that, it was a great experience.

We started in room 202 on Saturday, then asked to move to room 211 because the first room was really bad. The place smells old and feels unkempt, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Breakfast was terrible, and there was an encounter with two mentally challenged boys who were all over the breakfast area. An item I’d accidentally left behind in the first room was thrown away. I can’t understand the high ratings, and we’ll never stay here again. The reservation was under my friend’s name.
