The White Gables Inn

We enjoyed the peaceful, scenic setting in Fryeburg, close to outdoor activities and just right for relaxing. White Gables was perfect from beginning to end: a beautiful, spotless home full of charm, with every detail well considered. Steph was welcoming and responsive, and she's a great cook. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space felt warm and inviting. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we'll definitely return. Highly recommend White Gables for a relaxing getaway in Maine.

We stayed in the Kearsage room, which was great, and the en suite bathroom was amazing. Stephanie was a wonderful host, and breakfast was incredible. The muffins were gluten free and so good that we didn't realize it until she told us. Everything else at breakfast was delicious too!

The breakfast was delicious, especially the unbelievable yogurt. My husband ate the whole serving, even though he usually refuses to eat yogurt. We loved our overnight stay at White Gables Inn. Stephanie was a great host, and she even let us visit her dogs since we were missing ours. The house is amazing and the rooms are very comfortable.

Stephanie was wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our room, and each morning she cooked a delicious homemade two-course breakfast. My husband was late returning from paddle boarding one morning, but she made sure he still got the full breakfast. The Inn was a very pleasant place to stay for our long weekend, and we highly recommend it and Stephanie. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a new tiled bathroom, a large vanity with storage, and a new shower with hot water right away. There was plenty of closet space, built-in shelves for unpacking, and a dresser. The location worked well for visiting our son in Fryeburg and was close to the mountains, the resort town, North Conway, and lakes.
