The Disneyland shuttle was crowded, but convenient, and the driver who took us back on a couple of nights was top notch. We wish we’d gotten his name. Staff were friendly and courteous throughout, even after our room was missed the first night, which was inconvenient. The hotel did give us a basic place to sleep at an affordable price, but it feels dated and needs substantial updating. The room could have been cleaner, breakfast wasn’t appealing, and amenities were limited. There was no hot tub or microwave. With updates and more attention to detail, the experience could be much better.

The beds were clean and soft, and the staff and housekeeping were very friendly. We mainly needed somewhere to sleep because we were tired from vacation, and in that sense the budget price delivered, barely. Otherwise, the place was abysmal. Mildew smell filled the room and hallways so strongly that I’m worried we’ll need a mold detox to avoid getting sick. The carpet and bathroom floor felt so disgusting I couldn’t go barefoot. Paint and wallpaper were peeling throughout, tiles were chipped, and the windows were constantly covered in moisture. Breakfast was mediocre at best and heavily carb-based.

The room was decent, the linens were clean, and it was quiet with hot water. Staff were friendly and organized. We did have an annoying problem when our room key stopped working after the second day, especially after spending 12 hours at Disneyland. The main hallway was discouraging to walk down, with worn-out furniture, and the place definitely needs a facelift.

The rooms were probably the best part: clean, comfortable beds and an outdated but clean bathroom. Staff were really friendly and kind. The hallway carpets were among the worst I’ve seen, though the room carpet was much better. This place needs a real overhaul, but it can suit budget travelers who are out all day and night, like we were. We hardly spent time there. If you plan to relax at the hotel or use the amenities, I wouldn’t recommend it. And don’t bother with breakfast.
