Unit #14 was a super clean, newly remodeled condo, with a well equipped kitchen where we cooked every meal. We had a great extended weekend, and the comfy beds and space let 10 adults spread out. The sparkling water pool was right beside the unit, so it was easy to get out and enjoy the sun. On Friday and Saturday night, live music played just across the street, and we could listen from the grassy area outside. We’ll definitely return!

The only downside was a very noisy AC. Otherwise, our cottage was cozy and very clean, recently furnished, and well equipped. The cottages have a pool, and the location is great, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, plus a view of the bay in a quiet part of Fulton.

Roaches came out in the middle of the night and got on the beds, in the bathroom, and in the kitchen. It was disgusting, and management had no solution. The cottage was very dirty, and the air conditioner couldn’t cool the whole unit, leaving the bedrooms and bathroom very hot. Very disappointed. I definitely won’t stay there again.

The towels were worn and smelled like mildew, and they’d left partially used hotel freebies like lotion and shampoo. The cottage was outdated and unclean, which was a huge disappointment.

A great little fishing cottage. We had a great time in Rockport, with a chartered fishing trip and pier fishing just steps away.
