The casino staff were friendly, and we had a lot of fun playing in the upper-end blackjack section. The place was clean, and best of all, our whole group won! We know that won’t happen every time. We’d had a great time with friends and are thinking of trying the hotel and pool next time.

The casino and its theme were nice, but the atmosphere felt off because the staff seemed very unfriendly and had a jealous, unpleasant attitude toward others. On the way home, a police officer pulled me over after getting a bad tip that I might be asleep. I passed her DUI test, but the stop felt like a setup and a scam. The location also confused me: coming down the mountain, I thought I was heading south, but the casino is actually due north. I should never go back.

I loved the casino atmosphere, and the weekend was really relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants and food options, and the casino has a great vibe. The pool area is always clean, with a swim-up bar and two jacuzzis that I love. There’s also a lazy river for the younger crowd, plus food and drink service and a small shop for snacks and pool items.

I was surprised by how spacious the room was. It had a separate living area, a jet tub, and a shower with two heads, including an overhead rainfall-style one. That made the stay feel relaxing and upgraded. I also enjoyed the casino and even left with a little win. It was a great visit from check-in through check-out, and I’m looking forward to returning.

The employees are what really make this place. I’ve known several of them for 20+ years. I’ve been coming here since it opened in 2002, and it’s a great place to gamble and stay. The perks could be a little better, but that’s Caesars for you. There are great places to eat, and I recommend Rita's Cantina!! The pool is awesome in the hot summer, and a few other casinos are just minutes away.
