Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gadsden

Lynette made the stay worthwhile. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful, even printing important documents for me when the business center was closed for construction. The breakfast area was clean, with a decent range of options, so mornings were easy. The Fairfield is undergoing renovations that were definitely needed, and my room was on one of the floors that was nearly finished. It was clean and updated, with modern decor, USB-C outlets, and a refreshed bathroom. The bed sat lower than I'm used to but was extremely comfortable. My only real complaint was weak shower pressure, despite the upgraded look. The property shows promise even with the work underway.

The breakfast buffet was extremely well run. Lynn C clearly took pride in it, and she should! The rooms were clean, the location was great, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was amazing, with so many options, and on weekends it runs longer so you can sleep in. The hotel is far enough from the road to be really quiet, and parking is free. We had a spacious, very clean king room with a sofa and two TVs. It has cable and lets you stream, too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept offering assistance and reminded us they were available around the clock. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. After we left, we went to a soccer tournament and drove four hours home before realizing my husband had left his earbuds, which weren't cheap. He called and spoke with Tiffany, who checked the room, found them, and arranged to have them mailed to us. She's amazing!
