Everyone was so friendly, especially the helpful front desk staff. They were accommodating and gave us directions, too. The place was spotless when we walked in, and our room was just as clean. The price is right, and we’ll book again when we come through SC. Thank you Connie and the whole staff!!

I’m done with this motel. I stayed about a month or more, but the room could have been much cleaner. The pillows had stains and what I believed were dust mites. I broke out and ended up in the emergency room; the doctor said I had a bacterial yeast infection and dust mites. I have a skin disorder since taking the COVID shots, my skin is very oily, and I often have yeast breakouts. I’m on fire, and my bag with my medication shampoo, charcoal wash, and fungal wash was there. That tells me what they think of their customers. I’m not lying or making false claims online, and I’ve never caused a problem. The owner was nice, but his wife was nasty to me. He said I could leave my belongings there and come back for them, so I did. When I was able to get them to a safe place, I called back. The woman in the office said the owners and housekeeping were gone, then hung up on me. I was out in 31-degree weather and couldn’t carry my things around all night. Since the owner said it was okay and I’d done good business with him, I thought it would be fine. I still don’t have my stuff, and now I can’t shower. I could have used a free night, but it seems it’s all about the dollar. I gave them cards and jewelry as a gesture. Ask me if you want to know more. You don’t do people ugly and expect good. Shout out to y’all, Motel 8 and the Patel family, and the employees who claim to care. Unrealistic and sad.

The rooms were super comfortable, and this was the best stay ever. The front desk staff gave me and my family the best customer service we’ve ever seen. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back.

After ten hours on the road as a trucker, it was a relief to have everything go smoothly when I checked in. The room was clean and spacious, and even though it was a smoking room, it didn’t smell or make it hard to sleep. It was quiet, too. The young woman who checked me in was kind and courteous. She called AJ the boss to get approval because I didn’t have my physical company card, and he agreed. I was exhausted. BNJ Trucking thanks you guys for a great night’s stay. They have breakfast too!!! 😋
