The front desk staff were friendly, but that was about the only bright spot. We paid over $200 for one night and it really wasn't worth it. The TV didn't work, and four hours after I asked about it, they said it couldn't be fixed. They called after 8 pm to offer us another room, but my daughter was already in the shower. The body wash dispenser was broken too. At breakfast the next morning, the juice and water machine wasn't working, and when I mentioned the problems at checkout, the staff didn't seem concerned. We also had to go back downstairs after arriving to get supplies for the fold-out couch.

We were here for just over a month while water damage at home was being dealt with, and the staff made that difficult stretch much easier. Ms. Barb, Ruen, Riley, and everyone else were so friendly and helpful. They were accommodating with our dog and cat, too. I'd recommend staying here whether you're traveling through or need somewhere for a longer stay.

The people here handled both little issues and bigger ones calmly, and I really appreciated how they came through for our group. From the general manager down, everyone was among the friendliest I've met. My stay at the towneplace felt classy, polite, and relaxing.

After a plumbing problem at home displaced my elderly mother and our dog for more than two weeks, we stayed here. The place is nice, and the people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

The lobby and room were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Some of the fixtures look a little worn with age, though it didn't seem like neglect. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
