The room didn't feel clean or well maintained. There were little bugs and cockroaches around the bathroom sink, and a sticky substance of some kind on the door. Inside, a strong smell mixed damp, moldy odors with cheap perfume or air freshener, as though it was covering the moisture. Even getting into the room was a problem: the old door needed a “special method” to unlock, and the front desk staff had to come open it in person. That's unacceptable for paid accommodation. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place.

It's University Inn now, though it used to be Days Inn. The Patel family owns it. I've stayed at some of their other hotels in the area, and they do a good job keeping everything kosher and clean. It's a great place.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Several roaches were crawling on the walls and around the bathroom as soon as I entered the room. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable for a hotel.

The room seemed clean enough for an overnight stay, and the price was good. I didn't see bedbugs. Some areas hadn't been checked, repaired, or updated, though.
