Baymont by Wyndham Cartersville

Mr. Austin Evans was wonderful to deal with. His personality is awesome, and we really appreciate how much he does at work. The customer service was amazing. We’ll recommend the hotel to others, and we’ll stay here again on our next outing. Mr. Austin Evans is a real asset to the establishment. Thank you!

The area is convenient, with dining options within walking distance, and the price is affordable. The lobby looked stunning and was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a nice place.

Apart from Brittany, who checked us in at night, this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. We’d just passed a major accident in very thick fog, so we took the next exit and stopped for the night. The bed looked clean and freshly made when we checked it, so we went to sleep. In the morning we discovered we had unexpected roommates and packed up as fast as we could. The morning clerk was nothing like the night clerk. She was rude, looked dressed for bed, and had an attitude. She called from behind the wall, “just leave the room keys on the counter.” I said I needed a receipt and had a complaint. She blew loudly, then came out from behind the wall. I told her there was no reason to blow and act that way. This place should be shut down until it’s exterminated and deep cleaned. If you’re passing by and need somewhere for the night, do yourself a favor and drive to the next exit.

I enjoyed my stay and slept like a baby. The beds are extremely soft, and the staff were super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was just what I wanted, especially the hot coffee that was kept available through the day.
