The breakfast staff kept checking that everything was in order, and the front desk went out of their way to help us find a restaurant. Check in was smooth too. So far, this has been one of the best hotels we've stayed at on our trip to the Bayou area. I was very impressed.
The room was clean and nice, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure. Check in was easy, and the customer service was excellent. There's a handy little shop for snacks, drinks, and other necessities. A great stay!
Casey at the front desk is amazing. Her energy and enthusiasm are second to none in the hotel industry. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it's a great place to stay in this area. I look forward to coming back next time I'm nearby.
Everyone at the Fairfield made me feel welcome and helped with my accommodations, so thank you all. Missy Toups really was the highlight of my stay, though. She went the extra mile, and our conversations were wonderful. She was so personable and hospitable. 100 stars for Missy! ✨
The hotel was great and very clean. Our only issue was that the curtains wouldn't close, so we couldn't make the room dark. Bring an eye mask and you'll love it. It wasn't a deal breaker for us.
