Duneside Iii 206 1 Bedroom Condo by RedAwning

The condo itself was lovely, with a great balcony view. We rented the south end corner on the third floor last year. There’s no elevator, which was a challenge in midsummer, and the parking is tight and very limited. Renters don’t seem to get any priority or courtesy with parking. We paid good money for the condo, but when outsiders parked in the lot, we were told to park on the street beside a busy road. We won’t be going back.

We waited until 4 PM to check in to room 207 in Garden City, but at 4:45 it still hadn’t been cleaned. We called to ask if someone could come, and they said they would send someone, but nobody ever showed up. We paid $106 as a “cleaning fee” and found sand across the floors, hair in the bed, dirty sheets, a dirty kitchen and bathroom, and no clean laundry. We had to wash things ourselves. The pullout bed was full of crumbs and hair, the kitchen utensils were sitting unclean in the sink, the toilet was stained, the shower barely worked, and the condo smelled odd. We had to buy disinfectant and spray the place down ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They aren’t upholding CDC standards for a clean living area.

The building is in great shape, and the view is absolutely breathtaking.

Really enjoyed my stay.
