Sheraton Garden Grove-Anaheim South Hotel

We were mostly there for Disney, and the location worked well. The hotel is about a mile away, with a shuttle stopping right outside every half hour. The shuttle costs $6 for the whole day, and parking is $28 a night, so plan for those charges. Daily housekeeping is available on request. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room rate was decent, and the stay was comfortable with good amenities. The rooms are spacious, the sheets were clean, and the bathroom was very clean and well kept. Robes and slippers were a nice touch. The club room was especially handy for stocking up before Disney, with breakfast, light snacks from 5 to 7 pm, and coffee, water, sodas, chips, and other light snacks available through the day. The fitness room is open around the clock, and you can refill water bottles with hot or cold water anytime.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and guests praise the clean, spacious rooms with premium bedding and a choice of pillows. There’s an outdoor pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, and an on-site restaurant serving California dishes. The hotel is close to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, Target, and other shops and restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring Anaheim. Sheraton Garden Grove Anaheim works well for families and business travelers alike.

My fiancé and I were in town for the FMX conference, and every staff member we met was kind and greeted us with a smile. Housekeeping and room service went out of their way to help, even having the elevator ready when we were leaving without us asking. At Park Grill, the bartender and servers gave excellent service and made us feel at home. The front desk team was welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout. The whole stay felt special, and we’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Anaheim. Five stars.

Danny Orozco made a last-minute room change easy for me. My reservation was through Hotel.com, and I wasn’t sure the hotel would honor it. Just a few days before check-in, I asked Danny to switch us from a king to two queens. She kindly did it at no extra cost and handled the change quickly, without fuss or delay.
