Yellowstone Cabins

Cabin #3 was just right for what we needed, even if the kitchen was a one-bun setup. The beds were really comfortable, and we slept so well. It was easy to adjust the temperature and keep the place cozy without getting too hot. The grocery store was within walking distance, which was a lifesaver. Even with temperatures in the teens, going there was totally doable. My best friend and I stayed three nights in February and adored the cabins. They’ve thought of everything to make a stay comfortable. We also liked taking evening walks around town and loved every moment there. I can’t recommend this place enough for a Gardiner stay.

Easy access to local businesses and Yellowstone National Park made our four fabulous days there in July 2018 even better. We were with some very good friends, and the cabin was excellent. Definitely on our list to visit again.

Having kitchenware to make simple meals made the cabin much more comfortable, since I often left before sunrise and got back late when food options were scarce. I really enjoyed staying there during my winter photography trip to Yellowstone. The cabin had everything I needed.

Being able to walk about 100 yards to a surprisingly well-stocked grocery store worked nicely, and Gardiner was a good location for us. We had fun seeing deer and rabbits in the yard, and communication with the owners was just right, neither too much nor too little. We spent five nights in cabin 6 and loved it. Our adult son stayed with us for three of those nights. The owners have thought of so many little details that made it easy to be comfortable. The welcome notebook was actually helpful, unlike most. The kitchen was very well stocked, with everything we needed and more. The dining table worked well for the family, and our son said the living room futon was very comfortable. The bedroom was great, with a very comfortable bed, a perfect closet, and hooks in useful spots that helped us manage our stuff. There was enough bathroom shelving for three people’s toiletries, and plugs and chargers were placed in handy spots. The mini split heat pump heaters kept the cabin toasty, except when it was so warm outside that we had the door and windows open. It was fun to try the induction cooktop before buying one of my own. The tankless water heater worked like a charm. We had a really good time at this cabin.
