The staff were amazing, especially Sam, who went way beyond what they had to do to make my son happy. Months after we left, I called with an unusual request, and Sam and their coworkers were still willing to help and did so much more than expected. The rooms were clean and nice, the pool was great, and the bridge was fun. It's also very convenient for the Auditorium, and Turtle Bay is really cool. I can't say enough good things about the staff.

The heated outdoor pool was lovely in the rain, and I also enjoyed the hot tub and the nice gym. Staff were friendly and even set up a cute hot cocoa bar on a rainy day, with an optional complimentary vodka shot. Rooms were clean and updated. The bathroom ceilings could use a wipe, and the mattress was stiff, though that didn't bother me much. There was no free breakfast or in-room microwave. I'm guessing they want guests to buy from the restaurant next door. There's a Bonvoy lounge on the third floor, but I didn't go in. I'd return.

We had dinner at The Mosaic every night and enjoyed a different meal each time. The bartenders there were skilled and provided excellent service, so we never felt like eating elsewhere. At the hotel, the evening lounge staff member Tanner went out of his way to make our stay special. The rest of the staff were warm and friendly too, and our room was clean and comfortable. Sheraton Redding Hotel is in a great spot just off the Sundial Bridge. We'll definitely stay there next time we visit Redding.

We were on the third floor in a two-queen room for a show at the Civic Auditorium, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. We just crossed the parking lot to get there. The room was amazing, with access to the third-floor lounge for snacks, drinks, happy hour, and breakfast. The coffee machine was a big plus. Staff were all friendly, and I always saw people smiling. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was fine. Our tub drained slowly, and the hallway felt too warm, but neither issue took away from a great stay.

The Sundial Bridge was only about a three-minute walk away, which made the location very convenient. We stayed on the third floor and didn't hear noise from any other rooms. I think the building's quality construction and materials probably explain that. The bed, pillows, and comforter were all just right, and everything was very clean. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the USA, and I definitely recommend it.
