The place was miserable, with extremely rude employees and rooms that were disgustingly dirty. There were stains, dust everywhere, and a horrible smell. Shut this place down. Don’t ever stay here.

It’s basically a standard Super 8 motel under a different name. Not terrible, just Super 8.

For what it costs, it was just fine.

The location made this a handy base for a short trip, with downtown, restaurants, and Wachusett Mountain nearby. The Gardner Inn also felt welcoming and local, and the staff were friendly. My room had recently been refreshed, was clean and comfortable, and came with what I needed, including free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. It was good value, and I appreciated the free parking and pet-friendly policy. A comfortable, affordable option in a convenient spot.
