The room had roaches as soon as we walked in, and black mold that looked as if someone had tried to paint over it. When my wife asked about getting a refund, staff treated her with hostility, threatened to call the police, and told her to leave the room and wait in the lobby. As a Black woman, she was treated in a dehumanizing way, and her complaint was framed as a “threat.” I won't return to this location. The management was absolutely disgusting.

I had to leave right away. The blankets had holes and visible pee stains, and they clearly don't wash them. Management at this location is triiiippppin. It's not the same as the others.

They only allow one visitor. If you have children, you'll have to pay $$$$ to upgrade your room.

The outside looks decent, but inside it was pretty scary. My room was dirty, doors were broken or missing, and the faucet and towel bar were broken too. There was hair in the tub that wasn't mine, a missing door handle, and a huge hole in the floor hidden under a carpet tile. How can anyone charge for a disaster like this? Never again.

I felt safe here, even though the neighborhood was questionable. The lobby door stayed locked to keep undesirable groups from trashing the place, and the hotel was quiet most of the night. My room was private and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lobby and hallways were clean too. I'll stay again.
