For an “affordable” place, it still costs more than what it's worth. On our first night, the bed had pee stains and smelled awful. A mattress pad that was two sizes too small was covering it. They kindly moved us to another room, where the bed was clean but the room smelled like feet. The interstate was loud, and I also think illegal activity was happening in the parking lot. I wouldn't come back.

The hallways smelled like weed, which was unpleasant. The room itself was spacious and nice, the shower was the best, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly too.

I've stayed here regularly for work over the past couple of months and had generally been happy. This time the shower pressure was less than half what I'd had in other rooms. I work construction and get pretty dirty, so a decent shower matters to me. The clerk was nice when I asked to move, and told me to come back around checkout in the morning. After checking the pressure, she said the manager's answer was that if water was running, there was no problem and they couldn't move me. I don't ask for much or complain often. I'm away from my family for two weeks at a time to work, and little things matter. They could've let me into another room, and the place wasn't even full. It's a shame they wouldn't make that small effort. I'll tell my company to avoid this hotel in the future.

We work nights and have stayed here often while working in the area. For the past few years, the hotel has accommodated a noon checkout, which is also the standard policy for members. When we got back around 4 am last night, I checked again with the front desk, and the attendant said it was fine. Then, five minutes after 11, someone pounded on our door. The very rude “head of housekeeping” said we had to leave. I told her we had noon checkout, as we always had before, and that the front desk had confirmed it. She said she didn't care and blamed it on a new employee. This matters a lot to us. We now have to wait an extra hour in our truck at the next work city because they didn't keep their word. There were plenty of other rooms the cleaning staff could have worked on. It's a shame they pushed a long-time customer away over something so silly. There are plenty of other hotels nearby.
