Maria, the general manager, was especially kind and attentive, and the rest of the staff were great too. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. Tru by Hilton in Garner is also close to lots of shops and restaurants. I loved staying here and will come back when I'm passing through.

I liked the place enough to join the rewards program. The rooms are clean, service is excellent, and there's a neat little shop downstairs with just about any kind of snack you might want.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the service was excellent. It's in a great spot near our office. My only real complaint was the hot water: the shower stayed hot for only a few minutes and had gone completely cool within about 10. Not what you want after a long day.

The staff were amazing, welcoming, and really helpful, and both the hotel and rooms were very clean. I was happy with my stay and would highly recommend Tru if you're in the Raleigh/Garner area.

Linée at the front desk was wonderful and made sure we had all the hotel information. The whole place felt fresh, clean, and new, from the lobby to our room. I gave the location four stars because I'm not local and can't really judge how good it is, though there's a strip mall nearby with some popular food spots.
