My mom and stepdad stayed here for about a week, then suddenly couldn’t book another night because their room had been flagged. Nobody had raised an issue with them during the stay, and no one explained anything beforehand. When we went to the office, staff couldn’t give a clear reason. They only said “someone from the previous night” had flagged it, without details, proof, or accountability. The way this was handled was poor. Blocking people from extending their stay or forcing them out without explaining why is unprofessional and unreliable. We won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting a dependable, respectful experience.

Be careful booking through a third party. Online, only non-smoking rooms were offered, but at the property they also had smoking rooms. The woman checked me into a smoking room without a deposit, even though I had booked non-smoking. The next morning I extended through the same third party and told the front desk. The man said he couldn’t extend it because my booking was for non-smoking. He said I’d have to pay another $43 for the smoking room, which I didn’t have, or move to a smoking room and pay a $100 deposit. It seems a smoking room would be more at risk of damage, so I don’t understand why it had no deposit when I checked in. He was rude and threatened to call the police because I didn’t understand why the woman could put me in a smoking room but he couldn’t. He said she wasn’t supposed to do that. That was her mistake, and I shouldn’t have to pay for it, but he wouldn’t honor the arrangement. The third party says the booking is nonrefundable, though the woman there said she’d submit a request that could take 2-3 weeks. She had great customer service, unlike him. When I asked for the manager, he said the manager wasn’t there and had put him there because he didn’t want to deal with “us people.” Then he threatened to call the police if I made things difficult. They don’t take responsibility for staff mistakes and blame customers. I wouldn’t support this business. This is not the email that was used for booking Jessica D.

The room was okay, but there were roaches. I don’t understand why places like this don’t have exterminators come spray. The people who apparently live there with their family stood outside my room talking very loudly in their language. The little guy at the front desk was a horrible person. They’ll take your money, then threaten to put you out if they’ve made a mistake on their end. If you don’t have to stay there, don’t. If you do, God bless you, and may it be a short stay.

There was no coffee maker, and although the ads said breakfast was included, there wasn’t any. The hotel seemed full of permanent and long-term renters, and we never saw a cleaner during our three days there. Our room was awful: gaps between the flooring tiles and cigarette burn stains in the bathtub. This place needs a lot of work.
