Quality Inn

Getting to your room can be quite a trek, so wear walking shoes. We had to switch from our first whirlpool room because the floor was wet and there was no mattress on the bed. The woman at the front desk was sweet, embarrassed when we told her, and quickly moved us. The new room had a wet, dirty bath mat, but that was replaced right away too. The bed was comfortable and the whirlpool worked, though we brought our own bleach to clean it. The little conditioner bottles were half used, and we skipped the shower because we weren't sure about it. There was plenty of parking and lots of outside cameras, which made me feel a bit safer despite the Park at Your Own Risk sign. I'm unsure if I'd return to this particular one, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

People kept knocking at our door all night, looking for drugs. We had to call the police, and then they gave our deposit to someone else. Whydam would stand behind the hotel. Find somewhere else.

It seems like the kind of hotel where people live. The location was okay, but our balcony wasn't usable because its door had no handle and there was stuff out there. We looked out at a dirty pool, and the smoke alarm had its battery halfway out. There was a hole in the ceiling, and the chain lock was missing even though you could see where one used to be. The TV remote didn't work, and the lobby had no extra washcloths when I asked.

There were mice eating my food, damaging my things, and leaving droppings all over the floor. The place is infested, but they don't tell you about the problem until you confront them. They put traps in the room and tell you to dispose of the mouse yourself if one gets caught. They barely clean the room as it is, and the owner won't properly compensate you for the trouble. I've called the health department and a lawyer. I'm a social media influencer, and my videos of the mice have already gotten over 115k views. Worst experience ever. Don't go here.
