Cloud Dancer by Jackson Mountain Rentals

Our family of four loved staying at “Dreams & Streams.” It was cozy and comfortable, and we felt relaxed the whole time. The cabin is tucked away with a great mountain view. It was nearly dark when we arrived, but the walkway and lights around the cabin made unloading the car and seeing at night easy. We had a great stay and can’t wait to go back!

“Hugs and Kisses” was cozy, welcoming, clean, and well maintained. The swan towels on the bed were adorable, and we loved the pool table and hot tub. The cabin community was tidy too, with places for dogs to go to the bathroom, which was a relief since our dog has trouble balancing on the side of a mountain. We were close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and a grocery store was less than a mile away. Booking and checkout were easy, and the rules were explained clearly. We’ll book with them again. The house we ended up in, Mountain High Cinema in Sevierville, had several problems, and some money should have been reimbursed. My father booked a five-bedroom place in Gatlinburg through Jackson Mountain Rentals, but a month before our trip the owners were selling, so Jackson Mountain Rentals moved us to this six-bedroom house. There were mouse droppings under the kitchen sink, and a foul smell halfway down the stairs turned out to be a dead mouse. We found several bugs under the living room side tables. The hot water heater wasn’t working well, so if two people showered, the next person had no hot water. The Cinema room remote didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch TV there. Wi-Fi on all the TVs kept buffering and made watching difficult most of the time. The game room TV didn’t work, and two beds in separate rooms sagged in the middle. You could see it by looking underneath them.

The cabin had lots of room, and the kids’ bunk room is great for families. Everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the deck, outdoor fireplace, grill, and hot tub, all with a beautiful view. I could stay there forever. We’ll definitely come back with our kids and mother-in-law.
