We booked two nights and found both rooms in terrible shape. In the first, the headboard was dirty, the couch badly stained, a large spider was in the bathtub, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The second was hardly better, with stains on the seating and sheets, someone else's HAIR in the bed and on the pillows, and hair throughout the bathroom. We could hear loud conversations in the hall and pounding from upstairs through the paper-thin walls. Parking in the lot was difficult too. I don't recommend this hotel.

They put our two rooms close together as we requested, and the beds were firm, the rooms clean, and the blackout shades helped us sleep well. The place is a decent budget option compared with the cheapest hotels, though it feels old and tired. Breakfast was meager, with items running out or equipment not working: a few sausages, yogurt, muffins, instant oatmeal, bagels or cereal, and a long wait for the single waffle maker. The coffee machine was down, but there were tea and hot chocolate choices. The night attendant was quiet and not suited to customer service; the day attendant was kind and helpful. Just okay.

My room was nice, but getting to it was awful. The lot hadn't been plowed, had deep water-filled holes and thick ice, and the walk from my car to the entrances was slippery.

The room was clean and the place was nice, but the toilet was too short. The parking lot needed better plowing too, it felt dangerous.
