Margie was a delight. She told us about her paintings and how she raises monarch butterflies. The Inn itself felt much nicer than an ordinary hotel, with spacious, comfortable rooms and local artists' work on the walls. My bed was so comfortable, and the carpets looked new and felt plush. Even the bath towels were soft and thick. Breakfast was delicious, with great egg dishes and fresh fruit. I'm still thinking about the homemade blueberry muffins days later. Staying here was a real treat, and I'd love to come back.

A lovely spot just a few minutes from SUNY Geneseo. The staff were kind, and I enjoyed the quaint artwork and interesting antiques around the place. My room had a gas fireplace, which was nice to have.

This was our third stay here, and the service was friendly and professional again. We brought our son this time and really liked staying in the Cottage. My friends had two rooms in the main building and found them clean and comfortable too. Both mornings we had an excellent breakfast. Thanks, Jay and Marjorie. We'll be back next fall. Tim

We stayed in the first-floor “Ash” room, just a short walk from the dining room. It was quaint and clean, with windows facing the brewery next door. After hiking, we appreciated the strong shower pressure. Letchworth was a quick 16-minute drive away, and Stony Brook was a little under 30 minutes. Both are incredible hiking parks. Oak Valley is close to plenty of shops and restaurants, yet it still felt quiet and secluded. Margie adjusted the breakfast to fit our dietary restrictions, so gluten-free or dairy-free guests can enjoy Jay and Margie's delicious food too. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The breakfast was delicious, and Oak Valley Inn and Suites was spotless and decorated with a lot of history. It's an incredible place, and we felt more welcomed there than anywhere else we've stayed.
