Breakfast was a really nice surprise and saved us about $25 a day. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly, and for the price, the place was great. The one real downside was that awful sofa bed. Its mattress had no cushion at all. Everything else was A++.

We’ve stayed here several times and never had a problem. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and it’s a great base for exploring Geneva and the lakes region. The rooms feel a little dated, with things like a small TV and odd lighting. Still, the value is good for this area, where other places can be either dirty and smelly or much more expensive.

We came to the Finger Lakes for wine tasting and shopping, and to browse antique stores. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was the one part that fell a little short for us, though we’re used to our Tempurpedic, so most beds don’t compare. Thanks for a great stay.

The room lost points for a dirty towel left hanging on the door, still soaked from someone’s shower that morning. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were pleasant, and breakfast was decent. It was mostly cereal, muffins, yogurt, and waffles, with no eggs, bacon, or sausage. The stay was good enough, but if I came this way again, I’d try another brand.
