We loved how the living room is separate from the beds. It made the room feel less confining when we spent time inside, and the rooms are a good size for the price. The beds and comforter were comfy, though my husband liked the sheets more than I did. The blackout shades are so effective we couldn’t tell when morning came, which we liked. There was plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower, plus good-sized towels and enough toilet paper. I also liked having several public bathrooms in case our room’s was occupied. The hotel smelled clean and pleasant, without the usual bleach odor. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive when refilling anything we needed, while also leaving us to ourselves. Housekeeping respected our “do not disturb” sign. The laundry room was affordable and close to the elevators, and the updated coffee machine was available around the clock. There were breakfast options in the morning, too. The hotel isn’t pet friendly, but they kindly welcomed my daughter’s service dog and put us near an exit, so bathroom breaks were easy. I’d stay here every time I’m in the area. 10/10.

The daytime desk guy was very friendly, though the front desk was often left unmanned. We got a good deal, but I guess you get what you pay for, and next time I’ll spend more to stay elsewhere. The hotel already feels run down, even though it seems to have been built or renovated in the last few years. Our rooms felt damp even after the AC had been running at 70 for 36 hours. In the middle of the night, there was a strong tobacco smell, either from the hallway or the HVAC, and the hallway carpet was dirty.

From check-in through check-out, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and had great options to start the day. Sarah at the front desk was especially professional, helpful, and attentive to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, and her warm attitude made a real difference. Great customer service like that is rare. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a trailer, so the phenomenal parking lot is what drew us to this location. The friendly guy at the desk welcomed us, and our spacious room had a living room, bathtub, and king bed. It was new construction, clean, and had vinyl wood floors. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast had a good range of options. The attendant was attentive and kept everything tidy. A few things could’ve been better: I’m not a fan of the citrus soaps, which reminded me of Go-Jo. We wished there were an extra blanket and pillows in the closet. In the morning, the desk guy disappeared when we tried to check out, and none of the other employees could find him.

We were really happy with our stay. The room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again.
