Holiday Inn Lexington North-Georgetown

LaTisha at the front desk got me checked in and to my room quickly. She made sure everything was ready and up to standard, helped with my bags, and was genuinely welcoming. Her professionalism and kindness made my recent stay at the Holiday Inn much more enjoyable.

After driving 15 hours from Florida, our group was allowed to check in early, and the staff had water and snacks ready for us. Such a thoughtful welcome. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the service stayed excellent throughout. We booked 16 rooms for two nights at the Holiday Inn Express Georgetown, and everything exceeded what we expected. Breakfast was good too. A 5/5 stay, and I’d recommend this location.

Breakfast was good, with mini veggie omelets, biscuits, pancakes and amazing cinnamon rolls. I’d prefer cut fruit like strawberries and pineapple instead of whole apples and oranges. The room was quiet and clean, though it took me a few minutes to figure out the unusual shower control: you have to pull down the piece under the faucet to turn on the shower. We got there at 3:45 and were told the room needed another 20-30 minutes, despite check-in being at 3:00. We waited about 15-20 minutes, which wasn’t too bad, but I was surprised. The hotel is a little hidden, but close to Walmart and plenty of restaurants. The employees, especially at check-in, were super nice. We travel through the area often and would stay again.

One small thing to know: the Keurig machines have been removed from the rooms, so if you like tea or coffee there, make use of the lobby’s 24/7 supply. Paula, Cindy and the whole crew were friendly and welcoming, and treated us like family. I highly recommend staying here when you’re visiting Georgetown and the surrounding area.
