Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Gering/Scottsbluff

For six nights, this was a quiet and comfortable place to stay while my husband and I visited a family member in the hospital. We're both light sleepers, so the quiet hotel was a real plus. The neighborhood also felt safe and quiet, with a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. It's along a main road, making it quick to get around town. We asked for a quiet room and got one right away. Brandon made check-in easy, and he and Lia were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our one-bedroom suite had plenty of space, with a couch and table, a breakfast area, and a desk in the living room. The bedroom was large too, with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette had a big refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The whole hotel was clean and well kept. We took the stairs, which can be a good way to judge a hotel's cleanliness, and the walls and carpets were clean. There were no musty smells either. We couldn't have chosen better for our stay in Gering, Nebraska.

Brandon and Leah were so helpful and considerate when I arrived very late after traveling all day. The room and hotel were nice, but their customer service made the experience for me. I don't often take the time to write a review, but the help and kindness I got at Cobblestone deserved one. Thanks, Brandon and Leah!

For business around Scottsbluff, I tried hotels there before finding that I preferred driving three miles down the road to Gering. The Cobblestone is run by attentive people who look after your needs. Breakfast was hot and nice, and everything was kept clean. There's a grocery store across the street and two good restaurants or bars within walking distance. The price was nearly $50 less than anything in Scottsbluff. Check it out.

We booked an event room for a local birthday party, and it was a great setup for parties and gatherings. Afterward, we swam in the warm mineral salt pool, and the kids loved it. I didn't even miss having a hot tub. The atmosphere was wonderful, and Brandon and Ria were friendly and hospitable. We'll be back soon!
